I have seen some advertisements by some of the bigger plumbing companies offering to do a plumbing inspection of your home for $100. What I haven't seen in their advertisements is these companies looking at the bones (internal infrastructure) of your plumbing system. What you see externally can not identify problems in the piping system. Love's Plumbing inspections will include timed water test, video sewer inspection with camera, and looking at the pipes in the attic as well as inspection of pipe flashing for leaks around vents penetrating roof. With a home purchase being one of your families biggest purchases in life, why not make sure to have piece of mind knowing your systems are in good operating order. These systems can cost thousands to fix (below slab sewer pipe degradation, broken or damaged water pipes below slab, water service line from water meter damaged). These are costly plumbing problems to fix. Don't find out too late. Call to schedule your plumbing systems inspection with Love's Plumbing @ 479-263-1248 before making an offer or signing.. As a professional I love to see posts where customers claim, that their tradesman/handyman is the best and they show a pretry finished photo. If your posts are correct the pictures should be showing what is not seen at finish (under the slab, in the wall). This is where a true tradesman takes pride and what really makes the finished product function correctly.

Heads up neighbors, Gary with Love's Plumbing here. Replaced a waterheater this weekend that was full of minerals deposited from water when heated.
