Sotelo 🤝 Wet spray cellulose walls

Sotelo prides ourselves in being one of the few companies that still offers wet sprays cellulose insulation in NWA 🤝 we begin by prepping the area beforehand by foam/caulking all penetrations and windows.

Installing baffles and batts in order to create a stop and still allow proper airflow into and from your attic space.

We also net the cold wall with poly web, creating a backing in order for us to spray the cold wall as well.

Wet spray cellulose is tedious, but very rewarding!

In this video you can also see plastic on sprinkler systems. 💦 We lay 12-18inches of plastic around the sprinklers all over the attic, that way it will not be in direct contact with the attic insulation once sheet rock is hung.

Before the spotlight ✨ (insulation) our team focuses on preparing your home/project by sealing all windows, and every crack with foam and caulking. We also prep the home/project by adding fiberglass batts to seal attic access and baffles to allow air in the attic to flow freely. 🔄
