As our workload continues to grow, Kauffman's Lawn Service is looking to add a full-time Lawn Maintenance Technician to our team.

Founded in 2017, we've grown from a one-person operation into a professional lawn and landscape company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Franklin County.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in their work. Experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.

We believe in investing in our employees, equipment, and long-term growth. Employees who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic will have opportunities to grow and take on additional responsibilities over time.

Removed the existing failing wall, excavated the area, and rebuilt it with proper support and drainage behind it.

Backfilled and graded everything for long-term stability and proper water flow.

Turned out great and should hold up the way it’s supposed to.
