Their existing double gate had started sagging and was becoming difficult to open and close, so we removed it and built a fresh one in its place. Now they’re back to easy backyard access!

No blueprint for surprises 😅

What started as a deck removal led us to a rotted rim joist caused by years of moisture exposure and an improper install.

The deck is gone, the damage has been uncovered, and now it’s time to replace the affected framing so this home has the solid structure it deserves.

One step at a time! ✅

This bathroom was a full gut, starting at the joists and rebuilding everything:

New plumbing, electrical, flooring, and a complete modern finish. What used to be outdated and worn is now a clean, bright, functional space with a brand-new shower system and sleek glass enclosure.

Out with the old, worn out carpet and in with a fresh, clean upgrade. This flooring is already changing the whole feel of the space brighter, and built to last. Every detail matters, and we’re making sure it’s done right.

This is a perfect example of how much a bathroom can change without changing the overall layout.

What started as tile starting to drop and the shower door no longer closing properly ending up tracing back to compromised support from a moisture issue underneath that needed to be handled first.

Once everything was corrected and solid again, we rebuilt the space with a completely different direction. We updated the tile, niche lighting, and finishes that made sense together to elevate the whole space! ✨

Same bathroom, just done the Golden way this time 😉
