We’re about 75% through a beautiful bathroom renovation for a wonderful local family, and we wanted to share a little behind-the-scenes progress.
This space is really starting to come together.
We selected a custom color called Caramelized Sugar Cookie — similar to Agreeable Gray, but warmer and more refined. It gives the room a clean, timeless feel without leaning too cool or too beige.
The square trim detail throughout was installed with seamless 45-degree joints for a sharp, intentional finish. Clean lines matter. Precision matters. The small details are what separate an average renovation from something truly custom.
One of our favorite features in this project is a custom makeup vanity we’re building using a hand-selected, custom-cut piece of over 100-year-old pecan wood.( Similar to the digital rendering shown) The character in that wood simply can’t be replicated. It adds warmth, history, and a one-of-a-kind statement piece specifically curated for the homeowner.
Every detail is being completed by our in-house team alongside trusted local partners, including our licensed electrician and plumber, to ensure everything is done properly and up to standard.
We love sharing work in progress because it shows how we operate — not just the final polished photo, but the care and craftsmanship behind it.
