Come join our team where we work year-round! We are a full-service landscape installation company with a great reputation for quality landscapes and great customer service. This lead position will require previous experience installing all aspects of landscape construction work including irrigation system installation from installation of double check valves (certification not needed) to setting up sprinkler controllers, valves, pipe installation etc., all aspects of hardscaping including pavers, flagstone, block and rock retaining walls, LED lighting set-up, drainage work, grading, sod installation, planting, water feature installation. This position will report to the owner of the company and be the lead point person responsible for coordinating crew to complete installation projects and quality control to maintain the highest standards of customer service we provide.

Signing bonus of $3000 paid after successful completion of 90-day probation period

Must have basic knowledge and/or ability to learn the care and proper use of tools and equipment including large mowers, power tools etc. Must have sufficient physical strength and ability to perform tasks, and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Experience Preferred. Must be able to lift 50+lbs.
