Had a big smoke show doing leaves so I checked the drive belt for hydros and it jumped a cog. Pulled it apart found out ...

Had a big smoke show doing leaves so I checked the drive belt for hydros and it jumped a cog. Pulled it apart found out the idler arm bolt was loose because the bushing was frozen. Pulled the bushing apart cleaned with medium Emery cloth and greased well. Reassembled and problem solved. The manufacturer should have put a zert in the idler arm.
