Hello! We are a subcontracting company, consisting of myself and my husband, Diana and Simon Harrison. We are an LLC, who is licensed and insured. Although we have been in business since 2018, my husband has done general contracting work for 25 years. We do quality work, at reasonable prices. Most of the time, we are called upon to do custom improvements that others can’t do. We give free estimates and can outbid most companies. We accept all credit cards, cash or check.

Most subcontractors today, cut corners. We are that company that comes behind these scammers and fixes the issues. For example, Simon repaired over 400 roof leak issues within 3 months, all due to incompetent new roof installs. Leak issues do not necessarily mean you have a bad roof. It could be a leaking chimney, gutter issues, flashing issues, etc. We find and solve the problem, with the least amount of cost for you. And, we solve the issue the first time. Don’t wait to fix a small issue. That small issue can lead to a bigger one quickly, including mold problems.

We are reaching out to property owners, who are trying to save money in these uncertain times. We have several clients who are property managers, realtors, individual home owners and business owners.

We can do most any kind of maintenance to your property. If insurance is requiring improvements for your new home policy, we can do that. Trying to buy a house? We can do a free inspection and do the work to qualify the home. We have worked with insurance companies for claims, as well.

Our expertise spans from exterior to interior, including leaky disposals, bowed ceilings due to leaks, stucco improvements, box gutter rebuilds, truss damage, install ceiling fans, foundation cracks, chimney rebuilds, concrete stair rebuilds, flat roof installs, roof replacements, painting, install vinyl plank flooring, etc., etc. Our improvements are vast—with the exception of installing carpet, window install and HVAC (but, we can recommend someone!).
