Here's a recently completed project we are especially proud of. It's not always the size of a job that instills us with gratitude and confidence but oftentimes the complexity and uniqueness.

This project included a custom copper front porch roof, custom copper counter flashings on the chimneys, and full roof replacements on the main house and detached garage.

The skilled labor required to complete this kind of work is all but going extinct, other contractors would have recommended a basic asphalt membrane to replace the front porch roof and coated steel counter flashings to replace the copper chimney flashings.

Building relationships with highly skilled trades workers is one of the many aspects that sets us apart from our competition. It not only helps preserve the original look of the roof but also lets homeowners hold onto the aspects of their home that are unique and meaningful.

Here’s a closer look at a project we completed recently with Agape Construction. The home was updated with ProVia Cedar Peaks lap siding in Premium Blue. The project also included new gutters, siding, soffit, fascia, and shutters for a clean, cohesive exterior refresh.

The homeowner was incredibly involved with the project and helped us tremendously to ensure their vision was achieved. We embrace homeowner involvement at L&M Exteriors as it helps us to provide a virtually flawless final product.

We are beyond grateful for opportunities to work with construction companies like Agape and their wonderful customers.

Not every year brings a view like this. We were thankful to have worked on two historic homes side by side and appreciate the chance to be part of their story.

Here's a job we have been working on for some time. With complexity comes challenges and this one was was about as difficult as it gets.

We're grateful for our relationship with Agape Construction to be part of amazing projects like these. And even more grateful for the home owners patience and understanding of the nuance involved in a remodel of this complexity.

This project included cone shaped metal roofs, designer asphalt shingles, extensive amounts of custom copper work, curved copper radius gutters, and a custom pyramid shaped copper roof.

While it took seemingly forever it sure was worth the time and energy. Thank you to everyone who cheered us on as they recognized the project whenever we uploaded progress pictures.

Here's a beautiful home we completed last month. We were able to work with this elderly homeowners insurance company to ensure we were able to replace her roof, copper chimney flashings, gutters, and gutter guards without her paying anything more than her deductible.

The shingle shown is an IKO Dynasty shingle in the color Sentinel Slate. We also utilized a high end stainless steel gutter guard to ensure there's no issues with debris from the various trees around the property.
