Sometimes im the lowest bid, most of the time I am middle of the road pricing and sometimes the highest. Regardless on where I land, my quality doesnt change. Amana AMST air handler installation paired with an Amana AC unit in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Here is a great example of what can happen when you have extremely high static pressure straining on the blower wheel(squirrel cage🐿). Blower wheel looks like it hit something but they basically explode like this violently. To solve the problem so it wont happen again,i increased the filter size and opening into the blower cabinet of the furnace. Tuned blower speed down a level also. Blower and AC were performing nicely once i was finished.

It's 7 am EDT here on June 30th, 2026, and temperatures are already in the high 70s for most, with dew points also in the low 70s. It's MUGGY, and the day is just beginning. Here are your daily conditions.

High temperatures jump into the 90s for a good majority of the state. We could touch 100°F as an air temperature without the heat index near Detroit. Some areas influenced by midday storms will have their high temperatures suppressed into the 80s or even 70s instead, otherwise it's gonna be a hot one. That's really the main headline. You have to be careful as both a healthy person, or a person prone to heat illnesses, that you don't pick up any additional sicknesses. Take breaks and drink plenty of fluids. Additionally, some thunderstorms are possible across the north today, however, as shown in our 5 am EDT severe weather outlook release, it's unclear if the heat dome will be too powerful for storms to develop. Right now, we are trending that way, but still remain vigilant with how much energy there is available for storms. We will be live if anything gets warned by the NWS offices.

Installation of an Amana 80% AR9T 2 stage furnace paired with an Amana r32 AC unit in Davisburg, Michigan. Rebuilt entire return drop/boot, new air cleaner, mounted humidifer in more accessible location. Enjoy the upcoming memorial weekend everyone!😎🤙🔥🦎🇺🇲

This new construction is coming to an end here shortly. Installation of an Amana 96% 2 stage horizontal furnace, paired with an Amana horizontal coil and Amana 14.3 seer AC unit. An Aprilaire IAQ thermostat is installed to control this, also an Aprilaire 720 humidifier and Aprilaire e100 dehumidifer with the HVAC. Broan ERV system to constantly bringing in fresh air into the home while dumping stale air outside. 4 wireless boosters are linked with this ERV to speed up when in the bathrooms and laundry. Last is the Fantech Make up air kit. It is linked with the kitchen hood so when that hood turns on and pushing air outside of the home, the make up air kit turns on and brings air back into the home. Been a very long project but definitely pleased with the results. Homeowner is an engineer for HVAC so he had some ideas and I also had mine but with both of us making decisions, it played out wonderfully. Enjoy the week everyone.
