To whom it may concern
I have been notified by multiple people today of someone fraudulently using my business name as their own. I’d like to set things straight for all the concerned parties. I, Dustin Rethelford, have no idea who this “James Bailey”person is. I am the owner and sole employee of my business. I have reported it to Facebook and I am going to the police department tomorrow to file an identity theft and slander report against him.
I absolutely do not support his actions in any way, I myself have 2 daughters and can not imagine going through what that young girls family is probably going through over this creep. Thank you to everyone that has reached out to me about this because I probably would not have caught it otherwise.
