"As coordinator of maintenance for a condo association in Bellingham, Washington, the primary source I have called on to deal with construction, replacement, and general maintenance for the past three years has been Prizm Construction LLC. They are the first business I call for two primary reasons: 1) Quality of work and 2) Consistent excellent service to our owners and residents. For three years, I have observed Dale and his employees complete many projects, large (painting the exterior surfaces of all our buildings) and small. The quality of the work performed has been very good at a fair price to our association. Just as important, Dale and every member of his organization consider the needs of our owners and residents when completing their work - they believe in and practice customer service. Dale is always very good on-site when bidding-- willing to listen and bid only what the client wants or offer a broader perspective if that is what is requested.
