Construction is underway on the new Community Transitions facility!

This new 22,000-square-foot facility will serve students ages 18–22 who receive special education services, providing a dedicated space to develop independent living and job skills for the future.

We’re grateful to partner with RAM Construction on such a meaningful project and are excited to watch this facility take shape!

Employee Spotlight: DUSTY ✨

Dusty may not clock in or take coffee breaks but he’s been making a big impact on jobsites!

Our foremen are trained to use Dusty onsite for layout. Bringing precision, consistency, and efficiency to our jobs. Not only does Dusty help GK but we can also work with other trades to plug in their layout and help keep everyone’s schedule moving forward!

At GK, we’re always looking for smarter ways to build and Dusty is helping us do just that!

New Project Alert!🚨

GK Knutson is on site at the Pacific Northwest Ballet Center in Seattle’s S**O neighborhood!

We’re proud to partner with Sellen Construction on this exciting project, providing the framing and drywall scopes for the new 23,500-square-foot school.

The new facility will feature six teaching studios, dressing rooms, and administrative spaces, creating a dedicated home for the next generation of dancers.
We’re excited to watch this project take shape and can’t wait to share the progress along the way! Stay tuned as we help bring this school to life!

GK Knutson has started work on the new Neah Bay K-12 Campus! We’re proud to be handling the metal framing and drywall scope and excited to be working alongside Korsmo Construction on another great project.

A special shoutout to our Foreman, Jonathan, who always goes the distance for GK Knutson (pun intended). We appreciate you going the extra mile for the team!

We’re looking forward to watching this campus take shape while enjoying the incredible surroundings of Neah Bay.
