Well, IT'S TIME!!! (Please Share)
We can finally, with moderately-high confidence, say that we will be opening Thursday May 18th at 9:00am! Our friends at the borough will have a ribbon cutting ceremony around then, and after we will open to the public. We will have the following general items at our store:

-Locally sourced angus beef on the rail
-Locally sourced grass fed beef
-Black angus choice/higher
-Black angus prime
-Black angus prime dry aged 30+days
-Imported/Stamped/Certified A-5 Japanese Wagyu
-Any type of chicken
-Any type of pork like butts/ribs
-1,000's of pounds of marinated meats
-One+ ton of homemade bacon
-60 - 70 types of homemade sausages
-Homemade burgers/dogs
-Fresh/Frozen fish
-A full deli
-All the side dishes you could want, along with (Marburger)milk, bread, eggs.
-Tons of beef sticks/jerkies (literally)
-25 feet of fresh misted produce

And so much more!

None of our fresh items are pre-packaged. Everything will be just how you want it wrapped in freezer butcher paper like it should be.

The only thing that we ask of you all is to work with us over the next month or so. We have been working tirelessly to get open and make/purchase 12-15tons of product. However, we will run out of items or forget items. Once we get into the rhythm we will be fully stocked at all times, but again off the start we ask for a bit of understanding. Also, we have literally no clue how much product we will need so we can have twice what's needed or sell out in a day. No clue. But, we do our best.

Thank you all for the support to get us this far and for putting the word out, it means the world to us. Please note-for the first month we will probably not be taking any orders as we are going to be working on figuring out how to operate this location.
