A little progress update from our Addison farmhouse renovation!

Between the new addition and the start of the pool, this property is looking a whole lot different these days. Still plenty of work ahead, but it’s fun to see the vision starting to come to life.

Sometimes the best work is in the details.

We GC’d the installation of this cantilevered lakeside deck, including custom stairs carefully scribed to follow the existing stone retaining wall.

A challenging site, a lot of precision, and a finished product that fits beautifully into its surroundings. We love how this one came together.

Turn it into a wine cellar! 🍷

Complete with custom wine storage, a reclaimed barrel tasting table, and original stone walls that have been standing for generations. Sometimes the best spaces in a home are the ones hiding below your feet.

Such a fun addition to our Addison farmhouse remodel!

Did you know that soft blue porch ceiling isn't just a design choice?

For centuries, "haint blue" ceilings have been a beloved architectural tradition. Some say the color was believed to keep away spirits, while others say it mimics the sky, discourages birds from nesting, and creates a brighter, more peaceful outdoor space.

Either way... we’re big fans of it here on our Thompson’s Point new camp build. 💙

We’re excited to share that one of our custom Oak Hill homes is officially for sale!

Every home we build has a story, and this one is especially memorable. Completed in 2019, it combines timeless Vermont craftsmanship with modern luxury, featuring many reclaimed materials, exposed timber framing, custom millwork, stunning stonework, and countless unique details throughout.

We’re a local residential construction company doing everything from framing to finish: new builds, renovations, additions. We keep our jobs close to home and our standards high.

5+ years of residential construction experience
Someone who can work independently AND with a team
Shows up on time, stays on task, and takes pride in their work
Reliable transportation & valid drivers license
Good communication

🔧 What you’ll be doing:
Framing → finish work (and everything in between)
Working on high-quality homes and renovations
Keeping jobsites clean and organized
Being part of a solid, no-drama crew
