We’re still HIRING for a laborer/operator, a valid CDL with a clean driving record & be able to pass a drug test is REQUIRED. This position would be a W-2 position with the opportunity to earn more than just overtime, such as emergency call out pay. We have snow removal contracts as well for minor to severe winter storms that gives a lot of work and opportunity.

WE ARE HIRING & looking for the right fit to grow with us! MUST have valid CDL with clean driving record, operator experience, & willingness to labor on jobs.

Currently looking for an all around guy most of our work is PW, we do a lot of utility and emergency work. One day you may be in a vac truck, next day might have you in excavator or skid. If you like doing something different everyday with guaranteed year round work with overtime, this is probably the job for you. But if you want to go home early everyday, this is not the job for you. We have lots of opportunities here while always growing and learning!

Friends & family,

We're going to start looking a little different as you may be able to see from our recent name change. It better describes us from our originally known name of "J1S Hauling & Grading". You'll begin seeing us slowly changing things with our name but we are still the same small group of hardworking people making it happen, BIG OR SMALL everyday. We forgot to take pictures as always but this job started as simple trap replacement. It turned into a whole new sewer lateral to the main after a quick camera inspection. Then we replaced their water line from the main to the house so this customer will not have to worry about anything for years to come! 😎
