Please join us in welcoming Jordan Brown, our new Power/Station Engineer, to the growing ENCOMPASS team! Jordan comes to us from AES, where he worked as a Substation Design Engineer for 2 years. He has 5 years engineering experience stemming from Power, Automotive & Manufacturing. Jordan is a 2022 graduate of Ohio Northern University with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & Minor in Applied Mathematics. Currently, he is a licensed State of Ohio Engineer-In-Training, working toward his Professional Engineer license.

"Hi, I'm Chloe, and I'm from Ottawa-Glandorf! I recently graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and am continuing my education at BGSU as I work toward my Master of Architecture.

I’m excited about my future goals to continue learning, grow in the field of architecture, earn my licensure, and help design spaces that make a positive difference in people's lives.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, playing with my dog, and swimming.

A fun fact about me is that I can spend hours exploring new places and noticing the little details that make each space unique."

Please join us in welcoming Jon Schmehl, our new Office Coordinator, to the ENCOMPASS team! Jon comes to us from Ohio Logistics where he was a Senior Supervisor. There, he led a team of associates, coaching performance and managing discipline, while overseeing inventory control and FIFO processes for more than 30,000 skids of product. He brings a diverse background in leadership, quality, and hands-on craftsmanship, formed during his employment as a custom cabinet-builder for Lima Millwork. Prior to that, he was employed at Superior Trim seven years, where he contributed to process flow development, control plans, FMEAs, handled supplier rejections and successfully negotiated resolution with customers to reduce product waste. Another strong trait Jon acquired at Superior Trim was applying strong problem-solving skills, regularly reading/interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Hobbies: Home improvement and tinkering on any new garage project.

Fun Fact: He is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Penguins fan.

Please join us in welcoming Kevin Widman, our new Power Group Project Manager, to the ENCOMPASS team! Kevin earned his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at University of Dayton. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Encompass after working 41 years as an Electrical Engineer worldwide for several industries. He and his wife, Debra, reside in Findlay, OH.

Hobbies: Playing pickleball, biking and hiking. Watching baseball, football and MMA.

Fun Fact: He and Debra like to travel for vacation; their favorites include the Caribbean and Florida.
