An experienced labor and/or finisher who should be able to do the following:
• Establishing grade
• Set forms
• Screed concrete
• Bull float
• Finish edges
• Basic Labor
Should also be familiar with interior and exterior flatwork, footers, foundation walls, sidewalks, driveways, etc.

**Wall form experience is a benefit**

• 2+ years of concrete and/or skilled labor experience.
• Knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials.
• Ability to kneel, bend and lift heavy materials.
• Be able to listen to instructions
• Team player
• Position is labor-intensive, individuals must be willing to work in all elements.
• Be available to work overtime, when necessary.

CONCRETE LABORERS NEEDED **Wall form experience is a benefit**

• Loading and unloading materials off equipment and lay out on the job site.
• Preparing project site including, but not limited to, spreading fill material, assisting concrete finishers during concrete pours, and cleanup.
• Operate construction equipment and concrete demolition.
• Must have team-player mindset, be able to take instruction well, and be willing to learn concrete finishing.
• Position is labor-intensive, individuals must be willing to work in all elements, and be available to work overtime, when necessary.
