Labor Day is more than the unofficial end of summer.

It’s a day set aside to honor the hardworking people who have built, and continue to build, our communities.

For us, that meaning hits especially close to home.

Every home we build represents countless hours and countless hands. The craftsmen, tradesmen, suppliers and team members who show up each day and take pride in doing their work well.

Today, we’re especially grateful for the hardworking people we have the privilege of working alongside.

Every year, our family vacation gives us a new photo, and a chance to update the faces behind Bailey Builders. ❤️

This is our family. Our greatest blessing, our biggest motivation, and so much of the reason behind what we do every day.

They remind us that the work we do is about more than building houses or running a business. It’s about working hard, growing together, treating people well, and building a life we’re proud of, both inside and outside of Bailey Builders.

Everyone has something that keeps them grounded and gives purpose to the work they do.
