This has been a very incredible and different kind of year for D. Williams. While I have continued with a good clientele base, we've had problems most of the year with new workers. We've had record sales but are so far behind because of workers not showing up. It seems the problem is industry-wide and the future looks bleak for good workers in the construction industry. I'm thankful for my patient clients and also a big shout out to my one faithful employee Tim Ramey. Also thankful for my son Austin and daughter Caitlyn who have been doing their best to work daily to try to pick up some of the slack. I've always enjoyed doing what I do in remodeling for close to 40 years now and giving people a quality product.
