Today we celebrated the official ribbon cutting for the brand-new home of !

It has been an honor to serve as the design-build contractor for this 11,920 SF facility that will transform how Henderson County families are served for years to come.

This project is more than a building. It’s a commercial kitchen for cooking lessons and emergency food prep. It’s expanded storage to receive more donations and feed more families. It’s space for a growing team doing extraordinary work every single day.

Congratulations to Lynn Staggs and the entire Storehouse team on this incredible milestone. Henderson County is better because of what you do, and we’re proud to have played a small part in helping you do more of it.

We’re grateful for the relationship we’ve had with the Hendersonville Country Club over the years.

We're proud to have completed this beautiful interior renovation of the HCC clubhouse, including a full bar and lounge refresh, dining room updates, restroom upgrades, and improved accessibility throughout the facility.

We’ve had the opportunity to work with Hendersonville Country Club on a variety of great projects since 2004, including the renovation of their restaurant as well as repairs from Hurricane Helene, and it is always an honor to work alongside their great team.

We're honored to announce that Cooper Construction has been named a Top Project winner in the Religious category at the 2026 Southeastern Commercial Real Estate Awards from Greenville Business Magazine!

This award recognizes the collaborative work of our team as general contractor alongside Adeptus Architecture on the NewSpring Church Aiken Campus: a new 40,200 SF single-story facility built to serve the Aiken community through worship, education, recreation, and children's ministry. The project included a full sanctuary, multipurpose rooms, a half-court gymnasium, and a dedicated KidSpring children's area, which were all designed with universal accessibility in mind so every congregant can feel at home.

One of the most rewarding challenges was matching NewSpring's signature architectural aesthetic. We combined conventional steel construction with multiple pre-engineered metal building panel profiles and finishes to align seamlessly with the look and feel of their other locations to deliver a result that's both distinctive and cost-effective.

The doors are open at The Storehouse of Henderson County, NC's new 11,920 SF facility at 2313 Spartanburg Highway in Hendersonville! From groundbreaking to grand opening, Cooper Construction has been honored to serve as the design-build contractor for this transformational community resource.

This 12,000 SF pre-engineered metal building features a commercial kitchen for cooking lessons and emergency food preparation, expanded food storage and donation receiving areas, a board meeting room, administrative offices, and supporting facilities. Cooper provided complete design services through construction to bring this vision to life.

This state-of-the-art facility will expand The Storehouse's capacity to serve Henderson County families for years to come. Congratulations to Lynn Staggs and the entire Storehouse team on this incredible milestone!

Big news in Henderson County! We're proud to be partnering with Haskell on the Judicial Center Addition and Renovation (JCAR) project, and we just broke ground on the $101M courthouse expansion!

The 94,315 SF addition will bring new District Court and Superior Court courtrooms, along with offices for the Clerk of Courts and Register of Deeds. We're also renovating the existing 99,100 SF facility to modernize the space for the community it serves.

Henderson County has grown from 85,000 to over 125,000 residents, and this project ensures the justice system can grow with it to serve all of the residents!

Jimmy John's Hendersonville is back and better than ever! We recently completed storm damage restoration at the Jimmy John's on Spartanburg Highway in Hendersonville. After severe flooding impacted the restaurant, we worked quickly to restore this popular local spot and get them back to serving the community.

This comprehensive restoration project included complete flood damage remediation, interior renovation of dining areas, prep spaces, and restrooms, new tile work and flooring throughout, plumbing and electrical system repairs and upgrades, and installation of owner-furnished fixtures and equipment. Our team completed the full restoration within an expedited timeline, coordinating every detail to bring this restaurant back to Jimmy John's corporate standards.
