Today is a special day to recognize the man who carries so much on his shoulders, often more than most people realize.

Duane, you are so much more than a boss. You're a leader, a teacher, a motivator, and someone who genuinely cares about every person who is part of Mason Backflow. You lead by example, push us to be better, and never ask of others what you wouldn't be willing to do yourself.

Running and growing our family-owned business is no small task. There are long days, challenges, sacrifices, and responsibilities that most people never see. Yet you continue to give your all, not just to the business, but to the people who help make it successful.

As we begin this exciting new chapter with our new office, I'm reminded of just how far we've come and how much hard work you've poured into getting us here. 💙

On a personal note, thank you for always pushing me outside my comfort zone, believing in me, challenging me, and helping me grow right alongside our business. I'm forever grateful to have you as my partner through it all.

Hello October. Have you recieve your annual backflow testing notice, contact us for fast, reliable, hassle free service.

Mason Backflow , a family owned and operated local business. When you set up your appointment, we will come out test, certify, and submit the required paperwork directly to your water purveyor. Once your a customer we will keep up with your inspections and remind you before they are due. We will notify you before the due date to gain approval of completing the backflow inspection and reporting to the city on time.

WE’RE MOVING! 🏢🔑

After nearly 10 years of running our family business from our home office, we’re excited to announce that we are officially moving into a new office right off Highway 17 in Fleming Island!

Our journey started nearly a decade ago as Mason Property Services, and five years ago Mason Backflow was born. What started at home has continued to grow, and we’ve finally reached a pretty exciting milestone — Mason Backflow is getting a home of its own! 💙💚

For us, this is more than just moving into an office building. It represents years of hard work, growth, long days, incredible employees, loyal customers, referrals, and a community that has continued to support our family-owned business.

And while our physcial location is changing, who we are isn’t. We’re still the same local, family-owned and operated company, with the same commitment to taking care of our customers and protecting our community’s water supply.

Your day-to-day would involve:
• Hands-on testing, repairing, and installing backflow prevention assemblies at residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshooting complex issues and clearly explaining solutions to customers face-to-face, if needed.
Great news: Our dedicated office staff handles all the paperwork and report submissions, so you can focus solely on your technical expertise!
We're looking for someone with:
• An active TREEO Certified Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester & repair certification – it's essential!
• A clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Happy Labor Day from Mason Backflow!

A business is only as strong as its team, and we are incredibly proud of the crew we have here, a unmatched team. Today, we want to say a huge thank you to both our office staff and our field technicians.

We appreciate the dedication it takes to guide our customers through the entire process, providing a clear education/ understanding from the very first phone call with the office to the hands on service with our techs in the field. It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share this update. Our sweet backflow baby, Atticus, passed away yesterday, September 1st, peacefully in the arms of his loving parents.

​He fought so bravely, and while our hearts are completely broken, we know he is no longer in pain and with Jesus
​Please continue to lift up Isaiah, Athena, and family in your prayers.

Pray for peace, strength, and comfort to surround them as they navigate this unimaginable loss and grief.
​Thank you to everyone who loved, prayed for, and stood by Atticus and his family throughout his fight. ❤️🕊️
