Proud to see one of our own featured in News4JAX’s series!

Travis Antienowicz joined as a Field Craftsman through Clay County Career & Technical Education and NEFBA Apprenticeship Program shortly after graduating from Middleburg High School, and it’s been great to watch him build his skills, his career, and a future for himself along the way.

An Eagle Award for the Jacksonville Classical Academy Gymnasium! 🦅

We’re proud to have received this honor at the ABC Florida First Coast Excellence in Construction (EIC) Awards and to celebrate alongside Jacksonville Classical Academy, Vestcor, and our design partner, PQH Group Design. It took a great team to bring this project to life, and we’re grateful for PQH, , and our trade partners for the hard work and craftsmanship that made it possible.

Hats off to Associated Builders & Contractors - Florida First Coast Chapter on another memorable evening recognizing the people and projects that make our industry great!

Rain or shine, progress continues at our Vulcan Materials Company Plant project in Green Cove Springs.

Crews brought the deep well dewatering system online, marking an important milestone that allows excavation to progress while safely managing groundwater conditions. Work also continued on the CR 209 lane expansion, underground utility installation, and preparations for auger cast pile installation.

Great work by Superintendent Christian Mowery, Project Manager Cory Cutlip, Assistant Project Manager Zaid Kaseer, Project Administrator Casey Guzman, and our Summer Intern Nicholas Sciartelli for keeping the project moving forward.

What a memorable World Cup season!

We enjoyed our first Watch Party at Front Runners Taphouse and had an incredible time supporting Team USA during the Group Stage.

Congratulations to our President, Matt Carlton, on being recognized with the CTE Made Good Award by the Florida Association for Career and Technical Education (FACTE).

As a former Career & Technical Education student himself, Matt's journey is a testament to the lasting impact of skilled trades education. Today, he remains committed to supporting workforce development and creating opportunities for the next generation of skilled professionals.

National Hot Dog Day done right. 🌭😎

Yesterday, the team headed over to Lizzy with the Glizzys for lunch. Thank you, Lizzy, for feeding our crew and for bringing such great energy. We're always happy to support local businesses!

😂 Pretty sure Carlton Construction sponsored the hot dog cart today! Y’all showed UP. I don’t think I even got everyone in this photo. At least double this showed up, I swear. Thank you all for the support, the laughs, and for choosing Lizzy with the Glizzys for lunch. Y’all are awesome! 😎

We're proud to share the completion of The Buoy, an adaptive reuse project that transformed a former gas station, later a mechanic shop, into a welcoming seafood restaurant full of character.

This design-build project preserved the building's iconic curved architecture while introducing vintage boat-inspired interiors, warm wood finishes, rich blue accents, and inviting dining spaces. The result is a restaurant that honors the site's history while embracing Jacksonville's coastal charm.

We're grateful for the opportunity to help give this historic landmark a new purpose.
