NOW HIRING • CUSTOM HOME DRAFTSMAN
We’re looking for a full-time custom home draftsman to join our family of builders in Fletcher, Ohio.
In this role you’ll help our clients see the home they’ve been imagining. You’ll sit down with them, listen closely, and turn their ideas into detailed house plans and renderings in CAD and Chief Architect. Often it’s the first time they see the home, well before we break ground.
Who we’re hoping to meet:
• Someone comfortable with technical computer work. CAD and Chief Architect experience helps, but if you’re eager to learn, we’d still like to talk.
• Someone who notices the details and cares about how a home is built.
• Someone who has some general construction knowledge.
• Someone who enjoys working with people and presenting their work to clients.
D. A. Bowman Construction is a family business, now in its second generation. We’ve been building fine custom homes across the Miami Valley since 1983.
We build about 12 homes a year, and our clients work directly with the owners and a small team we trust. We’d like YOU to be a part of that team.

We look forward to meeting you.
