Job Title: Equipment Operator & Concrete Laborer

Location: Flint, TX (Job sites vary)
Job Type: Full-time, Hourly
Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities and Duties:
-Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of heavy machinery.

-Civil/Concrete Work: Experienced in formwork, rebar installation, pouring, finishing, and general site civil work (grading, trenching, etc.).

-Site Preparation: Assist with site grading, excavation, reading plans, and shooting grade.

-Safety: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety procedures, including wearing proper PPE and maintaining a safe job site. Must be able to pass a Basic Orientation and Site-Specific Training course.

-Experience: A minimum of 1 year is preferred.

-Background Check: Must be able to pass a comprehensive criminal background check.

-Drug Testing: Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

-Valid Driver’s License

-Physical Stamina: Able to lift 50-80 lbs frequently and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

-Skills: Ability to read grading plans, blueprints, or grade stakes is a plus but not required.

-Per Diem for traveling projects (if applicable).
