🚨 MAJOR LEADERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT AT ATLAS! 🚨
THIS is what growing leaders from within looks like! 🔥
We are incredibly excited to announce two well-deserved leadership promotions here at Atlas Outdoor!
👏 TIM BABCOCK – FLINT BRANCH GENERAL MANAGER
👏 CHAD SCHERMERHORN – LAWN MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER
And let us tell you why these two announcements mean so much to us.
Over 14 years ago, Tim Babcock joined what was then a relatively young Atlas team. He came aboard as a crew member, simply looking to make some money until he found his “permanent job.”
Well, 14+ years later, we think it’s safe to say he found it! 😂
But what makes Tim’s story so special isn’t just his tenure. It’s the journey.
From crew member to Training Manager, to Production Manager, to Operations Manager, and now to leading our entire Flint branch as General Manager.
He didn’t walk into a leadership position. He GREW into one.
And then there’s Chad Schermerhorn!
Just over five years ago, Chad joined our Atlas family. Only two years ago, he was leading a lawn maintenance crew in the field. Through his hard work, dedication, and willingness to learn, Chad grew into a Field Manager role under Tim’s leadership.
Today, Chad is stepping up to lead our entire Lawn Maintenance Department!
And here’s what gets us most excited about these announcements.
Tim didn’t just grow himself. He helped grow Chad.
And now Chad has the opportunity to do the same for the next generation of leaders coming up behind him.
THAT is what leadership is all about!
These two gentlemen are living examples of what’s possible when hard work and a willingness to keep learning come together.
As Atlas continues to grow into its next chapter, we couldn’t be more excited about the leadership we are putting in place to take our team to the NEXT LEVEL!
Tim and Chad, we are incredibly proud of both of you. Thank you for believing in Atlas, investing in yourselves, and most importantly, investing in the people around you.
The future of Atlas is epic because of leaders like YOU!
Atlas family, friends, and customers, please join us in giving these two gentlemen a HUGE congratulations on their well-earned promotions! 👏🔥
