Completed this quick project this week. Original porch posts were rotting at the bottom so we replaced them with treated 8”x8” engineered posts and trimmed with PVC 1x4 trim. Rott should not be an issue from here on. While we were there we rebuilt the outdoor shower enclosure using smooth cedar.

We are very proud of how this project turned out. What started with just a couple of inspiration pictures and ideas quickly turned into reality and a beautiful finished product. Our client had already made huge improvements with beautiful landscaping but wanted to finish the exterior off. They wanted something that was functional but also worked seamlessly with their design. Every single beam and joist was hand cut and sanded to perfection. To be honest I’m not usually a fan of staining this already beautiful wood but the colors our client chose worked out really nicely.

We will always go the extra mile to make sure you as the homeowner are completely happy. First picture was what we originally agreed upon for a trellis. Second picture are the changes our client thought they wanted. They still weren’t completely satisfied so after some shop time yesterday Lucas Heimann and I completed what you see in the last picture this morning.

Completed this small remodel/repair today. Homeowner had a balcony that was never used and it also leaked during heavy rain. Completely removed the balcony and ensured that there wasn’t any further damage from years of leaks. While we were there we were asked to help on a few more projects which we were able to handle without adding to the timeline.
