We’re looking for a motivated, reliable Machine Operator & Landscaper to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in high-quality work, and want to build a career in the Landscaping Industry we want to hear from you!!

What You’ll Do:
• Operate hand tools and small equipment/Excavators/ Skid Steers
• Prep job sites (Grading, Topsoil Installation, Harley Rake)
• Lead Crews to complete projects efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
• Experience in Landscaping or Machine Operations
• Ability to work well as part of a team

What We Offer:

This week has definitely been a challenge for us but our crews were definitely up to it! As warm and dry weather came back this week we are already in full swing. I’m very proud that we were able to accomplish new things with installing the most homes we’ve installed in a week, laying over 100 pallets of sod, installing multiple landscape beds and it’s all thanks to this incredible team. We’re already looking forward to next week and always trying to set a new bar for as a company. Today we installed PEX waterline at a few different locations around town with our vibratory plow on the back of our newest machine. With this attachment it makes the install practically trench less and really takes no time for grass to grow back in. Now with this machine it allows us to install with the plow, boar under driveways and also trench on yards that need it all with a one stop shop.
