🚧 We're Looking for the Person Who Keeps Things Moving. 🚧
EOS Integrator

At F&K Construction, we're not just filling a position. We're looking for a leader who can help guide the future of our company.
We're a family-owned excavation and sitework contractor based in Flora, Indiana. We've built our reputation through hard work, good people, and doing what we say we'll do. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an EOS Integrator to work alongside ownership and help keep our team aligned, accountable, and moving forward.
Maybe you're currently a Construction Manager, Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, General Manager, or COO. Or maybe you're the person everyone calls when something needs fixed, organized, or completed.
We're looking for someone who:
✅ Leads by example
✅ Brings order to complexity
✅ Holds people accountable with respect
✅ Follows through on commitments
✅ Enjoys solving problems and improving processes
✅ Wants to make a meaningful impact on a growing company

This isn't a desk job where you disappear behind reports. You'll be working closely with our leadership team, helping make decisions, supporting our people, and ensuring we continue delivering for our customers.
If you're looking for an opportunity to help shape the future of a company where your work truly matters, we'd love to meet you.
