After 3 years in the making, we are proud to present Observer Ranch Campground and Educational Center - developed and constructed by True North Construction Company!

This luxury resort campground was built in coordination by local tradesman and tradeswomen of Fremont, El Paso and Pueblo Counties.

After a year and a half of putting our noses to the grindstone and knocking out the substantial administrative phase of this project, we have finally hit the true starting line of the development of Observer Ranch Campground & Educational Center! We have hit the ground running to allow this future beautiful 80 acre luxury-resort style campground located in Penrose, Colorado come to life!

Observer Ranch will be an 80+ acre community oriented campground with many wonderful amenities and a community driven environment; greenhouses, community garden, event space, lodging, RV Sites, etc. True North Construction Company is honored for the opportunity to take the typically ordinary and turn it into the spectacularly extraordinary!
