We completed this garage epoxy floor just in time for the upcoming NFL season. Client is a big Carolina Panthers fan, therefore the awesome Carolina Blue!

Water heater sprung a leak and the drain pan was cracked. Not good! Water damaged the drywall and surrounding hard wood. After a week of drying out with fans and many moisture level tests, it was time to fix it. Repaired drywall in closet, installed new trim, painted entire closet, and installed new water heater and drain pan. Repaired subfloor and installed new Cali Bamboo LVP flooring and thresholds, and new painted quarter round trim. Client is thrilled!!

I recently completed this new Trex composite deck with composite posts, railings, and vinyl lattice underpinning. This will last a lifetime!! Clients absolutely love it!
The existing deck was built when the house was built in the mid 90’s and the builders cut every corner they could cut when they built it. It is sad what is done during new construction. Deck posts were 8 inches in the sandy ground with a brick thrown under them with no concrete. All the deck nails were rusted off and the boards were just laying on top of the joists. When I took the joists off, the main posts actually fell over! We completely removed the entire old deck, all joists, and all posts. Everything on this job is new and done correctly!

Added some flare to this old well pump. Started with planter upside down at the bottom, then a vintage milk container on top of the planter, then a new hand water pump on top. Great for watering flowers in the garden!
