This room looked fine at first glance, but the floor told a different story. An addition had been built years ago without the subfloor being installed correctly and joist that spanned further then they should without any support! Instead of patching the problem we completely eliminated it by tearing it all out and doing it right!

✅ Completely gutted the existing floor
✅ Cleaned out underneath the home (just like we always do! )
✅ Installed brand-new floor joists
✅ Added new insulation
✅ Installed new 3/4” tongue-and-groove subfloor
✅ Finished it off with beautiful new flooring

Now the homeowners have a rock solid floor that’s level, structurally sound, and built to last! The stuff you can’t see is just as important as what you can!😉

Quick project we knocked out!
Customer had 6 broken floor joists that caused the floor to start sagging badly and was close to failing. We removed the damaged joists, installed all new floor joists, added new insulation (there was none before), put down new subfloor, and then reinstalled the flooring. Solid, safe, and done right!

This house used to have nothing more than a plain brick stoop no cover, no protection, no real character. Now it features a covered front porch with a sharp new roof, columns, and railings that instantly elevates the entire look of the home, along with a beautiful new side porch covering!

✨ PVC columns and railings that add charm & function with very little maintenance
✨ A true “welcome home” feel every time you walk up

It’s amazing how adding a porch roof can completely change the personality of a home. This transformation took the front from basic to beautiful.

🎉Before & After Full Remodel! 🫨

It’s always amazing to see what a little vision, hard work, and the right team can do. This house went through a complete transformation inside and out, and the results speak for themselves❗️

Before: ❌

The home had an old roof, worn-out siding, rotted porches, and outdated windows. The inside needed a ton of love and some foundation work. The curb appeal was tired, and it was clear this place was in need of some serious attention to bring it back to life.

After:🎉
We started from the top down:

✔️ Installed a brand-new architectural shingle roof for protection and style.

✔️ Wrapped the home in new vinyl siding in a modern gray tone with fresh white trim for contrast.

✔️ Rebuilt the front and back porch

✔️ Updated all the windows and shutters, swapping the old look for crisp black accents.

✔️New joist,insulation, and subfloor in bedrooms

✔️ Inside, we added LVP flooring, new doors, and modern lighting, paint & trim completing the total refresh.

✔️ Opened up the living room and kitchen for more of an open concept look.
