Today, I was under my client’s house here in Florence, Oregon, working on something that often gets overlooked – the dryer vent ducting. 🚧

Today’s work brought this project close to completion. After replacing the rotten steps, framing, and fascia board, I installed new plywood and laid down felt underlayment. Tomorrow, I’ll be finishing up with the flashing and roofing to complete the restoration and ensure the structure is fully protected and ready for all weather.
