New 4000 sq ft building pad for a new residential property. The property abuts the local wash therefore a SFHA permit was required. The building will have a patio that wraps around completely. The grading was made at a ADA compliant for the future hardscape.

Stanfield Custom Home nearing completion. Septic tank and leach lines have been completed along with the removal of power lines and conversion to an underground electrical panel. The septic tank was designed to be 1500 gallons with two separate 75’ leach lines.

Project completed a couple months ago for the addition. Full blown project that ended with the certificate of occupancy.

Grading has begun for a new custom home in Casa Grande AZ on this 5 acre site. Due to the home being in a floodplain we had to design the home to sit above the Regulatory Flood Elevation in the area. Our engineer also had to design an on site retention basin to capture onsite water flows per City of Casa Grande Ordinance. A retention basin of 182’x61’ along the downstream area of the property. A Special Flood Hazard Area Permit was required to build in this flood plain.
