Hey everyone!!! Thank you for choosing us during our 2025 season!!! It was our first year as a fully licensed and insured business and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. We learned so much and gained useful skills that will be carried out through every future project. We hope everyone was satisfied with the services they received. On this project we worked the last six weeks completely overhauling this homes landscapes from top to bottom.🌳

The house was vacant for almost a year when our client from Executive real estate out of Wilbraham mass called us up and said we have a house to flip. 🏡

Services provided:
#1 Initial clean up (Bush trimming, Grass trimming, W**d pulling, Vine removal, bed edging)

#2 Spread Georgian long leaf pine straw underneath old growth pines to establish solid color and uniformity in the yard

#3 Added over 15 YDS of assorted crushed stone and river rocks from to existing stone beds that needed a refresh

#4 Mulched over 10 beds with midnight Mulch from

#5 Removed large beach tree with extreme vine growth that was leading to fence damages

#6 Removed large cedar bushes adjacent to driveway

#7 Full bed design & plant/shrub installation

#8 Bi weekly mowing/trims throughout building/contract process

We are a different landscaping company because we are there from start to finish whether it's flipping a home and needing a full landscape redesign or just simply trimming some hedges. WE DO IT ALL!!!!!

Hello Everybody, we'd like to reintroduce ourselves here. We are a small property Maintenance company out of Western Massachusetts based in Northampton. We offer a variety of different services both commercial & residential. From full service landscape design/bed restoration to weekly or bi-weekly mowings. We offer it all, our experiences with such a wide variety of customers has trained us for any challenge your property throws at us. Services are available year round.

Our Story:
My name is Anthony Azzaro and I am the owner and operator of Azzaro Property Maintenance & Landscaping. I am a senior studying Building & construction technologies at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. I started this business out of my honda accord about two years ago after finding my passion working on and around houses throughout high school. I decided to take my interests to School and study building construction technology with a minor in landscape architecture. At the beginning of this year we decided to register the business with the state and become Azzaro Property Maintenance & Landscaping LLC. As of now we have two trucks and two trailers and we are always growing.

Full back yard bed renovation over at Crescent St in Northampton. Did full clear out of bushes and bed area to make way for mulch for the upper and lower portions as well as erosion control to combat the steep incline of the lower bed. Over 15 yards of mulch were delivered and spread by us for a fair price!
