One of the questions we hear most often is about fire safety and we understand why!

The good news? Testing has shown that Roof Maxx treatment does not increase fire risk or flame spread on asphalt shingle roofs.

Protecting your home is a priority, and we believe you deserve peace of mind when making decisions about your roof.

Ever wonder how Roof Maxx works? 🏠💧After our Roof Tune-Up addresses necessary maintenance, we apply our plant-based Roof Maxx treatment directly to your asphalt shingles.

The treatment absorbs into the shingles, helping restore flexibility and replenish oils lost through aging, giving eligible roofs an opportunity to last longer without premature replacement!

🎥 Watch to see the process in action!

An aging roof doesn’t always mean it’s time for a replacement! Weather exposure, shingle condition, and maintenance all play a role in your roof’s health.

At Roof Maxx, we help homeowners understand their roof’s condition and explore their options before making costly decisions.

As roofers, founders Mike and Todd saw asphalt roofs being replaced even when the shingles still had usable life left. They saw an opportunity to think differently: Could innovation help homeowners maintain eligible roofs rather than automatically turning to replacement?

That experience helped inspire a move from traditional roofing into roof preservation and ultimately, Roof Maxx.

Sometimes innovation starts by knowing an industry well enough to ask, “Is there a better way?”
