January 30th 2025! Our first full roof completion and another satisfied client. The weather is finally starting to break after a couple brutal weeks. We should be installing shingles with the lowest temps being around 40 degrees. In colder temps the shingles are not as flexible and may not adhere properly. This can be a very costly mistake, with blowoff’s, wind driven rain, etc.

This beautiful home is in Tree Tops Subdivision.. Teakwood Ln. Hebron. This install marks the tenth one we have done on this street in the past few years.. Merrick Contracting was able to get this roof fully approved through their insurance company State Farm!
