Claudio and I spent time last week at the Dallas Build Expo, and it was time well spent.

In our industry, standing still is not an option. Materials evolve. Methods improve. Expectations continue to rise. Getting out and seeing what is new firsthand matters.

We explored new products, talked with vendors, and spent time understanding where the industry is heading—not just where it is today. It is one thing to read about trends. It is another to see, touch, and ask questions directly from the people developing them.

At FM Constructors, we believe continuing education is part of delivering better results for our clients. The more we learn, the better we build.

Always something new to bring back to the table.

We are grateful to be able to help people during difficult times. It is very rewarding to get them back to normal after disaster strikes.

"We had a slab leak in our home that caused water damage throughout the first floor. FMC was really patient with us through several rounds of estimating. Then as soon as we signed, they moved very quickly to get started. We had demo work, new hard floors and carpeting installed, painting walls, trim and doors, some drywall work, plus several updates to modernize our lighting. They not only completed the necessary work to rebuild but also took care of minor repair work during the process, made some great recommendations for upgrades, and did a great job cleaning up when they were done. They even accelerated the process so it could be completed before an ice/snowstorm came through. I can’t say enough about how wonderful Walter was to work with throughout!"

We are proud of this recent exterior renovation project in Garland that included new windows, painting, insulation, lighting, and masonry accents. Client says the new insulated windows that replaced the original aluminum builder-grade windows has made a huge difference and kept them toasty warm during this cold snap.

We are very proud of this recent full kitchen renovation and the impression we left with our client. Our favorite thing to build is relationships.
