This house is only 3 years old, but it was already having trouble with backups.

We tried running a cable first. When that didn’t get things flowing, we located and dug up the septic tank and found about 2 feet of buildup inside.

Sharing this because it’s easy to assume a newer house won’t need septic maintenance yet. How much use the system gets matters too, so don’t go by the age of the house alone.

And yes, we covered part of the picture. You’re welcome 😂

Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean the end of pool season! 🐝🏊

We handled this pool heater’s gas connection from start to finish. Tied into the existing gas line, drilled through the foundation, ran the new piping, installed the regulator and shutoff, and connected everything to the heater. We even finished the exposed piping with a fresh coat of paint for protection and a clean look.

🐝 Sometimes taking care of a customer means working around their schedule.

This restaurant stays busy throughout the week, and shutting their water down during normal business hours simply wasn’t a good option.

So we made it happen on a Sunday.

We rebuilt their backflow preventer, got everything back together, tested, and helped make sure they were ready to get back to business without disrupting their customers.

Whether it’s a backflow repair, testing, or replacement, we understand that commercial plumbing sometimes has to happen when it works for your business — not ours.

🔥 Another Navien going in!

This time we’re installing a Navien tankless water heater for one of our commercial customers.

Tankless systems aren’t just for homes. When properly sized for the application, they can be a great option for businesses that need dependable hot water without a traditional storage tank taking up valuable space.

Whether you’re replacing an existing unit, considering a tankless conversion, or need help with a commercial water heater, Bee Plumbing can help you figure out the right setup for your application.

Labor Day weekend is here! 🇺🇸🐝

We spend a lot of our days digging, climbing, crawling, repairing, installing, and occasionally wondering why we chose a trade that requires so much digging. 😂

But we’re proud of the work we do and thankful for everyone who trusts Bee Plumbing to take care of their homes and businesses.

This weekend, we’re celebrating all the hardworking men and women who keep things running every day.

🚨 Trust your wife’s nose! 🚨

While we were already on-site for other work, the homeowner mentioned she occasionally smelled gas downstairs. Her husband wasn’t convinced… but he admitted she’s usually the first to smell things nobody else can. 😅

30 minutes later, Emory Sr. and Jr. tracked down a gas leak at the furnace in this nearly 3,000 sq. ft. home.

Moral of the story: if your wife says she smells gas, it’s probably cheaper to listen to her than argue with her. 😂🐝
