Did you know we have a former middle school rock star on the team?

Meet Blake Clarke, our Head of Project Management and FOB Sales based in Flowood, MS. Blake joined us four months ago and loves taking projects from initial pricing all the way to a finished product. He values the teamwork and good environment here at Adcamp.

Before we lay new asphalt, sometimes the old surface has to come up first. Our milling equipment grinds away worn or damaged pavement down to a clean, even base, and we recycle the material instead of hauling it off to a landfill. It's the first step toward a smoother, longer-lasting road.

Tony thrives on the daily challenges of the job and, like so many of us, says the best part of working at Adcamp is the people.

We figured the best way to introduce Adcamp was to show you exactly who we are: the team that keeps Mississippi moving. Last week, we shut things down for an hour, got the whole crew together for a nice breakfast, and handed out our first-ever Crew of the Quarter award.

Looking for an asphalt Plant Operator

An asphalt plant operator is responsible for start-up and operation of hot mix asphalt. This process involves placing raw aggregate and liquid asphalt cement through a drum and sent to silos until loaded in trucks for delivery to job site.

WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED:

PROMOTE SAFETY - Take an active role in prioritizing safety throughout the operation for yourself and others at all times.

PLANT OPERATION - Manufacture asphalt according to mix design and customer specifications.

MONITOR AND DOCUMENT INFORMATION - Perform daily inspections of the equipment and plant. Diagnose problems and perform mechanical repairs and maintenance. Must be willing to work overtime and extended hours depending on customer and company demands. Must be able to work outside in all types of weather conditions and tolerate being exposed to loud noises.
