We serviced a customer in Grand Blanc who was experiencing water loss in their pool. During the inspection, we identified the source of the leak as deteriorated gaskets around the light fixture, skimmer, and return fittings. To resolve the issue, we applied a marine-grade silicone-based caulk to thoroughly seal the light fixture, skimmer backplate, and all return fittings, effectively stopping the leaks.

Recently replaced a Hayward sand filter for a customer in Flushing. During a follow-up inspection of the exterior system, I identified a failing return gasket that was causing leaks. The defective gasket was promptly replaced to ensure proper system function and prevent further water loss.
