Please excuse my following blurb, but I am curious. As a business owner, I am always looking for new ways to expedite business processes, make our services more affordable to our customers and keep an eye on our bottom line. I read an article regarding AI and I am curious to know what our neighbors think and how aligned we are to the rest of the country.
*71% of homeowners now use or plan to use AI for home-related questions, planning, or projects.
*Daily AI use is high—46% engage with AI every day, especially Gen Z and Millennials.
*62% use AI to compare prices, materials, or vendors, making it the top use case.
*More than half (52%) say AI gave them ideas they hadn’t considered and made them feel more confident starting their project.
*78% have made a purchase based on AI recommendations, from materials to tools to smart home products.
*72% say AI reduces stress during home projects, with most saving between 1–10 hours per project.
*52% have used AI to double-check a contractor’s estimate, and *58% are more likely to hire a contractor who uses AI.
*99% of current AI users plan to continue using AI for future home projects.
The above is taken directly from the article I read and I was wondering how true this was for our customers? Is this something your Legacy team should integrate into our business?
