We are looking for a RELIABLE individual who doesn’t necessarily have construction or remodeling experience, but wants to learn. We will start you out at $15/hr, but as you learn & master new skills, we will raise your pay accordingly. Great potential to make good, steady money & learn a new trade while you’re at it.

Work is typically M-F, 8-5. All jobs are in Baldwin County. We do a little bit of everything from tile work, flooring, fencing, screened in patios, decks, painting, drywall, and more.

Applicants must have reliable transportation & be at least 18 years old. Must be able to pass a drug test & show up on time every day. Serious inquiries only. Looking for someone to start immediately. Please message us on this page if you have any questions or are interested in this position.

Meet the Owner

My name is Josh Zamora and I am the owner/operator of A-2-Z Construction. I was born and raised in a small town called Perry, Michigan. I first came to visit the Gulf Coast for a wedding in 2008 and decided to trade the snow for the warm, sandy beaches of Gulf Shores permanently. Here is where I met my wife, Tayler. We now have two young daughters.

I have roughly 20 years of experience in construction and remodeling. I specialize in custom tile work such as backsplashes, tile showers & tubs, etc., but pride myself on being extremely versatile. I do jobs as small as helping you hang a light fixture or paint your front door, or my team can build your dream home from top to bottom.
