RPM is hiring a Bucket Truck Operator/Crew Member (CDL Class A) to join our team.

This isn’t a “sit behind the wheel all day” kind of job. We’re looking for someone who can safely operate a bucket truck and CDL equipment, but who’s also willing to jump in with the crew tackling whatever the day brings.

Position includes:

-Year-round work
-Overtime available
-Company-provided PPE
-Growth opportunities
-Health insurance + 401(k)

…and more!

If you’re dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and safety, we’d love to hear from you.

This time of year is all about the details. Clean edges, defined beds, consistent cuts are all the difference between a property that’s maintained and one that stands out.

Every job starts with a problem that needs to be solved.

Whether it’s a property that needs restoring, a site that needs rebuilding, or a space that needs maintaining our job is to figure out what needs to happen and execute it the right way.

We don’t just complete tasks. We solve problems.

There’s a point in the day where everything slows down for a few minutes. Trucks pulled over, water getting refilled, guys catching their breath before heading back out.

It’s not really a break, just a quick reset. Enough time to talk through what’s left, make sure everyone’s good, and get back after it.

Days like this don’t come down to one big push. It’s steady work, start to finish.

Last night, we had the pleasure of hosting our Snow Thank You Event at Snouts and Stouts Brewing right in our backyard in downtown Hammonton.

While snow season may be behind us, the people who made it all happen are never forgotten.

We filled the brewery with our employees, subcontractors, partners, and the families who support the long hours and unpredictable winter weather. Together, we celebrated another successful snow season built on hard work, dedication, and teamwork.

The evening was filled with great beer, friendly competition, award recognitions for some of our team’s standout rockstars, and plenty of laughs as we enjoyed each other’s company outside of the work environment. To top it all off, everyone headed home with a gift bag of gear to get them ready for next winter.

It was a fantastic night and a well-deserved opportunity to recognize the people who make our snow operations successful year after year.

Thank you to everyone who played a role this season. We’re proud of what we accomplished together and we’re already looking forward to the upcoming snow season!

A little behind-the-scenes ASMR from packing our “Snow Thank You Event” gift bags.

Every winter season takes a team effort, and this was one small way to show appreciation to the people who help make it happen.

A huge thank you to CFB Promotional Products LLC for helping bring our vision to life. From our custom winter beanies to our insulated thermoses, their team was responsive, creative, and helped us select the perfect items for our crew. With a tight turnaround, they delivered exactly what we needed and made the entire process seamless.

Now… who’s ready for next snow season already? ❄️👊

The day starts early whether we like it or not.

There’s something about those first couple hours though. Cooler air, quieter roads, and a chance to get ahead before everything heats up.

By the time most people are just getting going, a good portion of the work is already behind us. From there, it’s about staying consistent through the rest of it.

That rhythm takes some getting used to, but once it clicks it makes a difference.

If you’re managing a property, your goal isn’t just to keep it maintained, it’s to keep it running smoothly.

That means fewer issues, fewer complaints, and fewer things to think about.

That’s where we come in.

Today, we recognize the women who make everything we do possible.

The moms who raised the men on our crews.
The wives who support the long hours and early mornings.
And the women on our team who balance both work and motherhood every day.

Your impact goes far beyond what’s seen.

Happy Mother’s Day from RPM. 💚🧡

At RPM, we believe leadership starts long before a title ever does. We believe in raising the next generation to understand hard work, responsibility, and what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself. The lessons kids learn by simply being involved in the everyday operations of a business are lessons they carry for life.

It shouldn’t just happen one day a year during “Bring Your Child to Work Day.” Whenever we have the opportunity to include our kids, teach them, and let them see what goes into building something meaningful we should take it.

Leaders build leaders. And the future is watching.
