Finally, this masterpiece of a kitchen is completed after a massive delay in cabinet lighting. Nothing but the best on this one, 1 inch backsplash, quartz counter tops, high end oversized length cabinets, removal of kitchen wall and installation of structural beam to take the weight load opening this kitchen into its massive living room and dining area making almost any area a dining area and ultimate family room.

Some before and afters on a quick bathroom job for some good friends and long time repeat customers. I love these night and day differences. So much brighter, so much warmer and so much more space!!

Well doing this amount of work and then getting shorted on pay right before Christmas isn’t sitting so well, from now on, anything extra will be written into a new contract instead of just writing in that anything unforeseen is extra. I gotta stop trusting people to do the right thing. There was so much extra work done separate from the contract that was unforeseen but had to be addressed and not one thing did I get paid for as I trusted this customer instead of getting it in writing. There was a time where a hand shake and a persons word meant more then any contract. I guess those days are long gone. All I can think about is my family in situations like this and how they deserve better. On the bright side I do know that God gives you problems to overcome and each one of them will teach you something. You live and you learn.

This one got started by someone else. The first photo is the only one im going to show of their work. They didnt know where to go next and neither did I so we fixed all we could without completely starting over. I wish I could of been here from the start but somehow still made this screen porch not only functional but gorgeous. Such great customers to work for and its a shame they had to pay for this project almost twice but the nightmare is over now and a couple final touches this porch will prolly last 50 years. Aluminum or vinyl everything. No rot, no paint, no stain. Prolly my first and last screen porch ever but very cool project to be a part of.

Wish i took more pictures of this one. Complete gut down to the floor joists, over layed the ceiling and dealt with some of the worst framing ive ever seen in a home. Alot and i mean alot of work went into making anything in this home look straight.

Cozy little bathroom we pulled together. Demo was a little crazy, 2.5" concrete and wire 4' up all the way around.

Quick door install, some driveway company paved so the water ran right into the home. The driveway was actually higher then the sill plate of the door and pitched towards it so the door im assuming would open. Being the driveway guys couldnt fix it without ripping up the whole driveway, re-grading and re-paving, like they should of done in the first place. We raised the door up out of the way and filled the bottom in with hydraulic cement. Homeowner was very happy and even though the pavers should still come back and grade the driveway properly, no more water coming in the house until then.
