The sheet rock cracked from the house shifting. Once she had someone re legal her place she had called and said I got a lot of spackeling for you to do than we will re paint a different color. So this is just stage 1 on getting the entire room ready for fresh paint. Same job this pressed wood bifold door was not opening or closing properly so I had to sit back and think of a field tech approach to get the door back up in running until they decide to buy another one. They may not have to know. I’m betting on it holding solid.
