Yesterday was one of the most exciting days in our industry - set day for new homeowners! We were on-site in Greene, Iowa for the arrival & set of a customers new home. Six boxes arrived early morning from Stratford Homes & the crew quickly got to work safely removing all the weather safe wrapping. Next, box by box, each was "set" in place on the foundation already prepared.

It was a very special day for the homeowners as their forever home began to take shape on their beautiful property. Stay tuned for more behind the scenes & the reveal of the final look. This home includes many custom choices & the property is the perfect setup for this sweet family. We are confident they will have many wonderful memories in their new home for years to come! 🏡

In 2026 soft, muted greens are dominating kitchens — especially sage tones. Designers are specifically leaning toward gray-green, nature-inspired shades because they feel calm, elevated, & timeless. We’re also enjoying natural wood tones that add warmth. 🌿
