A shed in need of a fresh coat of paint prompted us to take action. The old paint was scraped off and a new coat applied. However, due to the wood's dryness and the onset of winter, a second coat will be applied in the spring.

We installed new white vinyl handrails on both the front and back porches, and also replaced the decking on the back porch of this residence in fall 2025.
