Is there anything better than a cozy basement on a rainy day? Check out this gorgeous lower level reno in Towson.

We love working in historic homes, to update functionality, while preserving original charm.

With shaker style wainscot molding to accent the restored original field stone foundation, and under stair built in cubbies to maximize limited space, this project also features oak stair treads to match the original hardwoods in the main living area, and anti-microbial, waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring, the perfect choice for basements.

Finally, this client also added a shower to convert a powder room into an a full bath for guests.

Not sure where you call home, but in Charm City, things have been pretty frigid of late. We are yearning for warmer time...
