🍰 IT'S HAPPENING!

The Cake Pop Lady is officially OPEN! 🎈

After dropping off cake pops at the office earlier this week and getting us all hooked, our neighbor has opened The Flour Garden for business today.

If you've ever started a business, you know the feeling—equal parts excitement and nerves while wondering if anyone will actually show up.

So if you're out and about enjoying this beautiful first day of summer vacation, maybe swing by and say hello.

🍰 Apparently Mondays and cake deliveries are becoming a thing... 😂

A few years ago, I walked into the office after a weekend of overindulging and loudly announced:

"I'm not eating for three days."

Not long after, a sweet lady showed up with a cake.

Fast forward to today...

It's Monday. I had a weekend of going out, spent Sunday meal prepping, and was fully committed to getting back on track today.

And then...

A lovely neighbor stopped by the Vetter's Electric office with a box full of cake pops for us to try and give feedback on as she gets ready to launch her new cake pop business this summer, right next to Vetter's Electric, Inc. office. 🍭🍰

I don't know how many people can say they've had cake unexpectedly delivered to their door not once... but TWICE... after declaring a Monday reset. 🤦‍♀️😂

This one is officially going into my book titled:

📖 "Stuff You Just Can't Make Up."

Needless to say, it's been a pretty good Monday.

We'd also love to give a shoutout to our neighbor as she starts her new adventure! These cake pops were absolutely adorable and delicious.

Moments like this are a great reminder of what makes our community special—neighbors supporting neighbors. We're excited to watch her new business grow this summer. ❤️

Today we pause to remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

Memorial Day is more than a long weekend — it’s a time to honor the sacrifice, courage, and service of those who never made it home.

Spring cleaning at the office turned up some old phone books today 📚⚡

Looking through the April 2004 – March 2005 edition, I realized that out of the dozens of electrical contractors listed back then, only a handful are still in business today — and we’re proud to say Vetter’s Electric is one of them.

Twenty-plus years later, we’re still here, still serving our customers, and still grateful for the support of this community.

Now I’m curious… who else is spring cleaning right now, and what’s the oldest thing you’ve found that you’re finally ready to toss? 😄

We’re proud to have been part of another process control system installation for a large plant in the area. This fully automated system helps the company save money while keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Today we said goodbye to a very special member of our team—our beloved office mascot, LJ. 💔

Many of you had the chance to meet this wonderfully wonky guy when you stopped in over the years. LJ wasn’t just a cat; he was part of the heart and soul of our office. From greeting visitors in his own unique way to keeping us company through long days, he made this place feel a little more like home.

After an incredible 19 years, LJ crossed the rainbow bridge today. 🌈🐾

We are so grateful for all the love, laughs, and memories he gave us—and we know many of you shared those moments too.

We will miss you, buddy. ❤️
